To follow up on our previous statement, the emission rate adjustment, we would like to give you a short summary of this modification.
The Situation of DOPX and TWX after Emission Rate Adjustment
Since we decided to boost the emission rate to 15 TWX per block in order to encourage our users to mint tAssets and KUSD in the past week, the APR of each liquidity pool (KUSD-tAssets) was increased more than 10 times compared to the usual situation. The highest APR was about 390% in KUSD-tBIDU pool. (December 6, 2021)
Consequently, there was a significant increase in a vast number of tAssets and KUSD minted which cause the reduction in the supply of DOPX and TWX in an ecosystem. Accordingly, the supply of DOPX and TWX were reduced to 109 million and 59 million, respectively. On the contrary, Total Value Locked on Twindex is increased to 1.42 million.
However, the high emission rate will not last for long, as this adjustment is just a preparation for future transformations.
This boosting will only be effective until December 15, 2021 which is only one week left!! So, do not miss a chance to earn this extra reward.
